Sunday Morning Bible Study
Every Sunday morning at 9:30am EST is our Bible study for the whole church and guests. You can expect the following schedule:
Bible classes are available for all ages. This time is used to study God’s Word, and to encourage each other in our daily walk with God. This normally lasts about 45 minutes.
We think there is tremendous value in gathering for Bible study and praise in the middle of our week; it gives a “spiritual boost” to our souls, and we think it will to yours too as you participate with us.
In all of our classes, you can expect to open the Bible so we can all study and grow in our faith. During these times, we also encourage one another (Hebrews 10:24-25) and help each other maintain that Christian light (Matthew 5:16) that shines for others throughout the week.
Wednesday Night Bible Study
Every Wednesday night has been set aside for mid-week Bible study for the whole church and guests. You can expect the following schedule:
Everyone will meet in our Auditorium for a short Devotional before going to our Bible classes that are available for all ages. This time is used to study God’s Word, and to encourage each other in our daily walk with God. This normally lasts about 45 minutes.

Studio 316 is our Art Room. This class room is equipped as part of our rotation model learning for the age 5 to 5th grade education. The students will learn the Bible lesson of the week through creating, painting, drawing, or many different ways to show how much knowledge that they have acquired about the story of that week. Then sometimes they will go home with something they made to remind them of that Bible story.
The Connections Cafe is our location for our College & Young Professionals meet for class. This room also serves as a coffee shop and a comfortable area for just spending time together and bible study.
The Science Lab is a class room that is equipped as part of our rotation model learning for the age 5 to 5th grade education. The Science Lab will also serve as a class room for Middle School, High School, and even for some adult classes. This is where we offer experiments that help in teaching certain Bible lessons and offers information towards learning about Apologetics and sometimes archeology.
The Drama Room is a class room that is equipped as part of our rotation model learning for the age 5 to 5th grade education. The students will learn the Bible lesson of the week through acting out and reading the carpets of the Bible lesson. Reading and learning from the directors chairs they show how much knowledge that they have acquired through acting out the lessons. The students will walk in the shoes of the Bible Characters.
The Game Room is a class room that is equipped as part of our rotation model learning for the age 5 to 5th grade education. The students will learn the Bible lesson of the week through playing games to show how much knowledge that they have acquired. The teacher will challenge each student with their knowledge to compete in games and compititions to show each student how much they have learned to accomplish their goals.
AGE GROUPS (0-5th Grade): We know that your young children are priority for you and they are for us as well. This effort is foundational to those in this age group to grow up with the right emotion as they enter our building. We strive to help parents during this season of life as it is ever changing. We want your children to grow up loving Jesus and His Family as we teach them up with classes, events and service projects all through the year.
The Movie Room is a class room that is equipped as part of our rotation model learning for the age 5 to 5th grade education. The students will learn the Bible lesson of the week through movies and presentation from our movie screen room. This will show how much knowledge that they have acquired through movies. Then the teacher will ask them to recall what they have learned about the story that they saw on screen.
The Piedmont Road Youth Serving the Master (PRYSM) group is made up of middle and high school students. We seek out opportunities to grow spiritually and develop friendships among the young people in our congregation. From weekly informal gatherings on Wednesday before bible study, to monthly family devotionals, to weekend retreats, youth rallies, and week long summer camps, offering a chance to serve God and have fun.
The Kind Ministry is an opportunity to see to the needs and offer support and resources to both parents and children that are dealing with the challenges of autism and other special needs. This dedicated classroom for creates an atmosphere for learning where they will be comfortable. The Piedmont Road Church of Christ has a goal to reach out into our community and offer the help that is so needed.
Piedmont Road Congregation offers classes and fellowship opportunities for college students both on campus at our local University, Kennesaw State, and right here at the Church building.
